General Terms of Engagement and Payment

1. A deposit is required prior to work commencing.
2. Progressive invoices will be submitted to the client throughout the project.
3. Invoices must be paid in full within 7 days of invoicing.
4. Streamline reserve the right to submit a variation to this Fee Proposal in the event that:
   • the information provided by the client in the Request for Fee Proposal differs from or does not include elements of the organisation’s operations, or
   • key personnel are unavailable or unreasonably distracted by other matters during scheduled visits by the Streamline Consultant, or
   • a change of client personnel results in additional training requirements, or
   • client cancellations or deferrals of confirmed scheduled visits.
5. The achievement of the project deliverables depends, among other things upon the effective cooperation of the client’s staff.
6. Neither Streamline nor its servants or agents will, except as the law may otherwise require, be liable for any loss or other consequences arising out of the services rendered.

International clients

We work with clients outside Australia, including in the United States, where we support government contractors with ISO 9001. That work is delivered remotely, with meetings scheduled in the client’s business hours. Brisbane runs fourteen hours ahead of US Eastern time and does not observe daylight saving, so our early morning falls inside the US East Coast working day.
