Gap Analysis Audits
An audit confirms effectiveness, conformity, compliance and continual improvement. Running one with internal resources exposes it to internal politics and conflict of interest, which is why independence is the point of the exercise.
Do you have a management system in place that was or needs to be certified, and would like to determine if it meets the requirements of a standard? Maybe your management system is scheduled for an external audit by your certifying body or your customer. In audit preparation, formal auditing can play a critical role in identifying gaps.

Always go with a JAS-ANZ accredited certification body. Get educated on the pitfalls of unaccredited certificates, especially in the context of third-party auditing procedures.
