At M&E Solutions we decided to progress towards QA accreditation and we were quite concerned about the senior management time that would be absorbed by this task.
We engaged with Streamline and in particular with Scott Bishop. Whilst there certainly was a need to devote senior level time, Scott identified the priorities and provided us with an enormous amount of support, direction and encouragement.
We readily achieved our targeted accreditation and we have engaged with Streamline for ongoing support and advice.
